 Challenge

The newly acquired Global Business Unit was expected to take an “adopt & go” integration approach. 800+ stakeholders across product, supply chain & manufacturing operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams needed to define and adopt the parent organization’s product lifecycle, while ensuring decreased impact to manufacturing and sales.


 Solution

  • Facilitated workshop to develop integration plan & establish stakeholder teams

  • Analyzed parent company product lifecycle.

  • Conducted a gap analysis between parent and subsidy processes and roles & responsibilities.

  • Developed the governance process and governance approval matrix.

  • Revised templates and documentation supporting the product lifecycle process.

  • Established a change champion network.

  • Developed and rolled out training.


 Outcome

  • Over 400 people attended the live training

  • The subsidy organization immediately adopted the new product lifecycle and utilized the lifecycle for multiple active projects in the development portfolio
